I, Nareg Mouradian, Wear Turquoise - For My Loved One. Will You Join Me?
The competitor in me wants to beat what I raised last year! This ensures our ability to carry forth the American Lung Association mission including overcoming COVID-19 and preventing future pandemics like this.
I am proud to serve as an I Wear Turquoise Ambassador supporting the American Lung Association and its mission to overcome COVID-19 and ensure lung health for all. This is an important role that I take very seriously because everything we all do begins with breathe. As you may know, I am a father of two, soon to be three. I remember my children’s first breathe and can’t wait until my third comes in just a few days. I need not say that I will do anything necessary to ensure my children live in health and happiness. That includes supporting the American Lung mission.
This organization has a strong history overcoming tuberculosis and now it is taking on COVID-19 and other lung diseases for my family and yours. I recently lost my uncle to lung cancer. My family and I attended his memorial through Zoom. The thought of honoring a loved one through video platforms was unimaginable just a few months ago. This pandemic impacts the most personal of experiences and I am working to end it. I hope you will join me as a donor.
Every dollar raised through this campaign will go immediately and directly to research for cures of all lung diseases, in addition to advocacy and education. To learn more, please go to www.lung.org.
A little more about my professional side: I am the president and chief executive officer of Maestro Development, LLC, a Southern California development firm that specializes in construction management for the healthcare, education, public agency, and real estate industries. Since establishing Maestro Development, I have been depended on to oversee the business development, strategy, and day-to-day operations of the company, as well as provide project management for several cutting edge developments in Southern California.
With over 18 years of practical experience, I have worked with prominent clients such as Cedars Sinai, Cal Poly Pomona, University of Southern California, Apple, City of Anaheim, and Kaiser Permanente. My inspiration to enter real estate development, project management, and construction management is derived from my diverse background, which includes a role with The Walt Disney Company, where I served as a senior project manager.
